  • All data entered into the Software remains the sole property of the Client.
  • edoc Technologies will not access or disclose any data unless:
  • Authorized by the Client for support or maintenance purposes
  • Required by applicable law or valid legal process

6. Data Retention

Data will be retained in accordance with the Client’s internal retention policies or applicable government records retention schedules. Upon termination of service, eDoc Technologies will assist in secure data export and/or deletion as requested.

7. Third-Party Services

The Software does not transmit or share data with third parties unless explicitly authorized by the Client. Any data integration with third-party systems (e.g., state reporting tools) is governed by separate contractual terms.

8. User Responsibilities

Authorized users of the Software are responsible for:

  • Protecting login credentials
  • Accessing only data relevant to their duties
  • Reporting any suspected security or privacy issues immediately

9. Breach Notification

In the unlikely event of a data breach impacting Client data, eDoc Technologies will notify the designated Client contact promptly in accordance with applicable legal and contractual obligations.

10. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be revised periodically. Clients will be informed of any material updates and provided with an updated version of the policy.
